This exclusive handmade retreat features 2 separate houses, with kitchens, spacious living areas, creative spaces, and fully private outdoor zones with a pool with jacuzzi or hot tub. Just 20 minutes from Comporta, 30mins from Tróia Golf and 50 minutes from Lisbon Airport. Monte dos Rolas blends modern luxury with natural serenity, ideal for couples, remote creatives, or stylish escapes.

  • Each house welcomes up to 4 guests: a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. That means three adults, or two adults and two children. Baby cribs included and available on request.

  • For each house, we feature a private fully equipped bathroom + an outdoor support shower.

  • The private property is accessed through an automatic gate with a security code and is monitored by cameras.
    On-site private parking is available directly on your villa for your convenience.

  • Monte dos Rolas is fully equipped to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable. We provide:

    • Essential hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, towels etc.)

    • Equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking and dishwasher.

  • Important infos and conditions:

    - Check-in is from 16H00 and check-out is until 11H00.

    - We can’t receive pets.

    - No visitors are allowed. Only the guests on the booking may be on the property.

    - The pool is private and unwatched. Children are at the responsibility of adults.

    - Quiet time starts at 10pm / 22H00.

    - Pit fire is always prohibited, especially during hot season.

    - Monte dos Rolas houses are private but side to side, about 20m apart, and inside our farm we have our other properties at 150m, so other guests may be staying on the farm.

    - There’s a road outside the farm at 300m that has traffic, sometimes can have a light noise.

    - The houses are a light steel structure, so they expand and contract with the temperature and can make some noise.

    - Each house has a 250 litre hot water tank, and it takes over an hour to refill.

    - Farms and Alentejo’s nature naturally has insects and other animals like birds, rabbits and so on.

    - Outside pillows are hidden during Autumn and Winter because of the rain.

    Commercial shoots, branded content, events, influencer campaigns, professional photography, video production, livestreams, or any paid/promotional activity are not allowed without prior written approval from Monte dos Rolas.

    Simple rental contract signing and identification of guests in the property may be required before check-in.
